Enjoy a fun and relaxing Pottery Wheel Throwing Day designed especially for beginners. Held at Graylingwell Chapel in Chichester, this hands-on workshop is the perfect introduction to wheel-thrown pottery — friendly, supportive, and creative.

Morning Session (10am–1pm)

Learn the essentials of wheel throwing:

  • Centering clay on the wheel

  • Pulling walls and shaping forms

  • Guided practice to create bowls, tumblers or vases

Afternoon Session (2pm–3pm)

Return to your pieces after a short break to:

  • Add decoration using coloured slips
